Dispatch Dropbox - v1.2.4

1. Fixed! The setup.php file now display errors and warnings when there are problems. It will no longer fail silently.
2. Fixed! The encryption for Dropbox OAuth now works when user does not have access to /dev/random on the server.
3. Fixed! The alerts to the users should now be better formatted across all themes and languages.
4. Fixed! The alerts will now stay on the screen until the user clicks them.
